AI is not the product. The outcome is.

ApertexAI is a global AI growth agency. We build the systems that sit between attention and revenue — and we judge them on enquiries, bookings and closed business.

Rohit — Founder, ApertexAI

Rohit works directly on every engagement. You talk to the person building the system.

The work began with websites and quickly became something broader: clients didn't need a better page, they needed the page to be connected to something that responded. That gap — between marketing that generates interest and operations that can absorb it — is where ApertexAI lives.

Today that means AI websites, voice agents, chatbots, automation, ad creative and lead-generation systems for clients across India, the Gulf, the UK and the US. Different industries, the same underlying problem.

The philosophy is simple enough to hold anyone accountable to it: understand the business first, find the bottleneck, build the smallest thing that removes it, then prove it worked.

(03)Principles
(01)

Outcome before technology

We decide what should exist by looking at the number that needs to move, not at what's trending.

(02)

One system, not six tools

Disconnected subscriptions create work. A single connected system removes it.

(03)

Speed is a strategy

The business that responds first usually wins the deal. Most of our builds shorten that gap.

(04)

Honest automation

Assistants hand over when they don't know. Nothing pretends to be human when asked directly.

(04)Process

Five steps, in the same order, every time.

(01)

Diagnose

A working session to map attention → visitor → lead → conversation → appointment → customer, and find where it breaks.

(02)

Design

A single plan: what gets built, what it connects to, what it should improve and how we'll know.

(03)

Build

Shipped in stages. Something useful goes live in the first weeks rather than at the end.

(04)

Instrument

Every stage measured, so the next decision is made from evidence instead of instinct.

(05)

Expand

Once the first bottleneck clears, the next one becomes obvious. We build that.

(05)Questions
What does ApertexAI actually build?+

Websites, AI chatbots, AI voice agents, ad creative, lead-generation funnels and the automations that connect them. In practice we build one system per business, assembled from those parts.

Do you work with businesses outside India?+

Yes. We work with clients globally and run projects remotely, with calls scheduled around your timezone. India is home, not the limit.

Can you build the website and automation together?+

That's the preferred way. A website that captures leads and a system that responds to them are the same project split in two — building them together removes the handover gap.

Can you integrate with our CRM?+

If it has an API or a supported integration layer, yes. We regularly connect HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive, Salesforce, Google Workspace, spreadsheets and custom databases.

Can you automate WhatsApp?+

Yes — through the official WhatsApp Business API. Qualification, answers, reminders, follow-ups and handover to a human when the conversation gets serious.

Can AI answer our phone calls?+

Yes. Inbound voice agents answer, qualify and book. They escalate to your team on defined triggers and log every call with a summary.

Can you improve an existing website?+

Often that's the fastest win. We audit where visitors drop off, rebuild the sections that matter and layer capture, chat and follow-up on top of what you already have.

How long does a typical project take?+

A focused build is usually two to five weeks. Larger multi-system projects run longer and are shipped in stages so something useful goes live early.

Do you work with small businesses?+

Yes. Small teams often get the most leverage, because one automation can replace an entire recurring task nobody had time for.

Can we start with one project?+

Absolutely. Most engagements start with a single bottleneck — one page, one agent, one workflow — and expand once it's working.

Start with one bottleneck.
