Engagements
Every project is governed by a written proposal or agreement covering scope, deliverables, timelines and fees. Where those documents conflict with this page, they take precedence.
Fees and payment
Projects typically begin with an advance and are invoiced against agreed milestones. Work may pause where invoices remain unpaid beyond their due date.
Client responsibilities
Timely feedback, content, brand assets and access to required accounts. Delays in these areas move delivery dates accordingly.
Intellectual property
On full payment, ownership of the final deliverables produced specifically for you transfers to you. ApertexAI retains rights to its underlying methods, frameworks and reusable components.
Third-party services
Projects often rely on external platforms for hosting, messaging, telephony, models and analytics. Their availability, pricing and policies are outside our control.
AI outputs
AI systems can produce imperfect results. We build guardrails, escalation paths and review points, but you remain responsible for the final commercial and legal use of outputs.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.
